Testicular pain

Asked for Male, 26 Years

A few days ago I noticed that when I ejaculate I had a sharp pain in my right testical, the tubes not the actual ball, I didn’t think anything of it. Later that day when I went to the bathroom, the same pinching occurred during urination, but immediately stops when I’m done. Only then, at no other times is there aches or pain. There is no swelling, tenderness, nausea, or anything else. I’m very confused. I am 26
