Yes. They will increase in size. But there is always a limit to every thing. Please be more precise. Get your scrotum sonography done and tell what is the size of testis. Ideally it should be compared with the size of testis earlier.( Also tell what is your age). That will not be possible in your case. So this question will always remain a layman's question being answered by another layman.
