Hii. I'm 22 yr old guy. I'm feeling pain in my left testicle from last morning. I don't know whether it's because of wearing underwear with big hole where testes r located or because I masturbate night before that .so I want to know that whether painkillers like paracetamol can be taken to cure that? Currently I'm suffering from cold so I want to know that whether it's ok to take painkillers or it will have a bad effect on my body?
