Testicle and leg problems. Recover?

Some of the problems i faced from 2 months: 1. Suddenly there is a mild pain around of my testicles for a few seconds.Sometimes it feels like an ant bite in my scortum (mostly upper portion of the testicles). And some tims in the sides and back of the testis. Done scortial USG, found epididymal cyst. 2. From behind, it feels like a waves seem to be flowing across my back to the testicles,and my thighs also. This thing keeps happening.  It does not hurt. 3. In my thighs, legs and buts,,, it feels like there is a pressure and the pain is mild. 4. After sitting for some time,  thighs, Hips and  the testicle part seem to be slight numb. After a short walk It become fine. What should I do now in this situation?  Will all this gradually go away on its own? How long will it take to fully recover? That's all I want to know.
