Is testicles are so sensitive that when I tap them they pain but when I touched them they don't pain when I tap them is any problem

If u are doing with a high force then it's normal bt minimal tapping then it's not normal Meet a doctor in person to examine you

May be it's vein related issue ..cear two things does this pain persistent or episodic and is it dragging kind of pain then it's may be inflammation, need to do daily exercise and start Medicines antibiotics in pin killer for few days you will be fine
