Testical enlargement
In last 6 month i have observed my testical has enlarged and due to that it touches my thigh and it become septic. It is giving me problem and felling haveynes in testical.

Need to get an ultrasonography to see what we are dealing with in the scrotal sac.
If septic you should have gotten fever, pain and constitutional symptoms yet.
It could be an hydrocoele also, just an benign accumulation of fluid in the scrotal sac.
