There's only mild elevation of liver enzymes. Your symptoms look like Gastritis/ acidity related. You need to start on Ppi like Nexpro 40 once daily . Consult a Gastroenterologist for further management.
Health Tips
Avoid spicy, nonveg, outside food, coffee, alcohol and smoking if any.
Avoid sleep immediately after having food.
