Your HDL Cholesterol should be more than present level. Exercise regularly which will reduce your LDL and raise the good cholesterol HDL.

Reports are unremarkable. Doesn't need any medicine. But repeat lipid profile and LFT annually to see any further change

Report is normal. Nothing to worry. Just SGPT and LDL cholesterol is slightly high which can be managed through diet. No medications required as such Do Regular exercise atleast for 30 mins Take plenty of water (Preferably 3.5-4litres everyday) Fat free diet Avoid oily spicy smoked and deep fried food Avoid maida products Avoid aerated drinks, synthetic juices etc Regularise sleep for 6 hours Consult under Practo in case of emergency.
