Test for ectopic pregnanc
My wife had ectopic pregnancy last year. We are planning this year. I want to know what precautions should we take to avoid it now. If it can't be avoided then when at the earliest it can be detected. I have the date of rupture of egg as well apart from menses date. Please suggest when should we go for test?

Have pre pregnancy counseling and Consult obg specialist as soon as you get to know about pregnancy they will do the needful...to prevent ectopic you should reduce risk factors.. Have a counseling session they will guide you in detail.
