Aren't home tests enough to confirm pregnancy or do I have to do other tests only ?? Did home test twice , negative result but no sign of periods still , it's been 14 days no sign of periods , it has never been this late

Go for beta hcg test to confirm pregnancy... Sometimes urine tests show negative report and by blood if test is done it comes positive

Home tests are pretty reliable. twice negative should mean-Negative. There may be other reasons for delay like stress or hormonal imbalance

Home test being negative is not enough. They might be false negative. So you would require beta hcg test to be done.
