This might not be a medical problem, but whenever I have a test, I will study until I collapse from exhaustion. Even if I know all the information, I won’t sleep until I fall asleep from studying, causing me to constantly pull all nighters. I know it’s bad for me, but for some reason i can’t get myself to go to bed on test days. I usually end up falling asleep on my desk and freaking out the next day that I didn’t study enough even though I did.

It isclearly a case of anxiety, over mental stress.
U must consult psychologist immediately online or offline to combat those problems. These are all properly treated with counselling and psychotherapy. I think medicine is not necessary yet.
