Constant coughing since 10 days at night it gets extremely worst and sometimes vomiting while excess coughing.

You can be having lots of reflux in the nights. Take antacids and antireflux medication. Cap . Nexpro RD 40 mg twice daily before food. For 15 days. Eat early and do not lay down for at least 1.5 hours after food. Eat bland diet in the nights.
