I've skipped my menses & got a UPT done twice. They both were positive so did a sonography which showed thick endometrium but no sac. Should I opt for MTP?

No pls get a serum beta HCG done... pregnancy test positive and no sac intrauterine on ultrasound can be an ectopic pregnacy( pregnancy outside uterus).... and MTP kit can be disastrous when ectopic pregnancy... the management is different... please get the blood test test- it's called Serum BHCG and if the value is more than 2000 and no pregnancy seen on ultrasound then it could be ectopic

U cn go for medical termination of pregnancy by pills.
However i would advise u to also do a beta hcg blood test.
If no gest sac has appeared still u probably can start bleeding on ur own in 2 to 3 days.
However if no bleed occurs in nxt 3days then go ahead with a course of MTP pills
