I've been suffering from tenosynovitis for about 7 months. Had a lot of anti inflammatory tabs. but no reduction in pain.

Hi, sorry about your pain, but you should consult a physiotherapist and get an assessment done on basis of which a treatment plan and a guided rehab can be taught to you.
