Hello Mr. Please tell me for how long you are experiencing the pain. For Current Relief you can take: 1. Tab Pantodac DSR (1TAB- DAILY before breakfast) 2. Tab Zerodol SP (1tab 2 times a day) All the medications should be taken for 5 days Along with physiotherapy.
Next Steps
if the pain persists after 5th day you should do a X-ray for your Both Arms in Lateral and Oblique position along with S. Uric Acid test. and you can consult me with the reports or any local physician/orthopedics. thank you
