Recently I got myself tested, report showed high tag levels(200) , I also suffer pain near liver region.

It would have been better if you had attached the results.Triglycerdies around 200 mg /dl is not a cause of worry.with diet modification lifestyle modification you can bring down triglycerides.
If you had a history of fatty liver in the past ,and you have pain ,it's advisable to get your LFT and ultrasound scan done
