Tenderness felt on left side while bend
I have slight tenderness on left side of the abdomen. I have consulted gastroenterologist who gave me some prebiotic and medicine for gas and pain.. I am not sure what it could be due to. Sometimes I feel tingling sensations in my legs or hands.

You should get USG Abdomen to rule out renal  stone if pain is still present
