Tender knee. No stairs please!
My knee has recently become very uncooperative when climbing up and down stairs such that I have to favour it and walk with a most unnatural gait. How can I repair It?

Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold). Avoid Squatting- Avoid sitting Cross legged Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area

see an orthopaedic surgeon. very difficult to advice on information provided but sounds like knee has a problem
