Hi.
There are many temporary methods but considering your age and pcod ,where you might be having irregular cycles as well ,it will be best to use pills advised by your gynecologist.

Contact to gynaecologist and discuss with her.After examination she will prescribe some medicine.Name of Medicine,dose of medicine and frequency of medicine.She will also tell from which day you have to start.
