Temporal region pain

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Hello doc, I had one side headache from months. Today I felt pain in temporal region every 5 min gap. I feel pain when I touch on temporal region. Also getting anxiety and lightheaded symptom What it could be ??? Is anything wrong ???
