If we measure our temperature using digital thermometer from our arm, do we have to add or deduct any degree?
Also, I have temperature of 97.2-98 constantly with slight weakness, should I be concerned?

If you are placing the thermometer in ur arm, add on 1 Fahrenheit to it. Temperature below 98.6F is normal and you don't have to worry.
