Temp 99.5 for last 15 days
My daughter 5 years old had fever 100.5 15 days back. Given paracetamol temp reduced to 99 after 5 days. But even after 15 days temp hovers between 98.6 to 99.5. When in AC room temp is 98.6 when moves about of room temp is 99 to 99.6. Widal negative. Urine test normal. CBC normal.

Hiii.
Nothing to worry. 98.6 is absolutely normal body temperature. Any temp above 99.8 is only considered as fever.

Maintain adequate hydration, ensure good environmental temperature .
If fever more than 100 will need paracetamol
