Teeths having colour change
My wife's front raw 3 tooths are having colour changes, in which one tooth have under gone rootcanal treatment 3years ago. Let me know whether this is change need immediate medical attention? Suggest panel of doctors to consult.

There are many reasons for the color change in the tooth. One common condition if the tooth is damaged due to injury or blow or rapid force in braces treatment or due to tooth decay etc the tooth may become dead or non vital. In such instances a Root Canal Treatment may be contemplated followed by crown.

Teeth start changing colour if they are dead. The one with the rct is definitely dead but the other two may also be so because of some previous injury. You'll have to go in fir rct for the other two also.
Next Steps
Later on the discolouration can be masked by cosmetic procedures like bleaching or veneering.

RCT teeth can show discolouration. Advisable to get an X-ray done to check the teeth and then capping can be done to restore the aesthetics.

Need to check if other 2 teeth needs rct. Teeth needs crown after rct. That's why they have discolored. So get rct and crowns done
