My granddaughter is ten and half months old but still teething is not occurring. Is there any concern or not...

If there is no teeth till the age of 13 months, then it is called delayed dentition and their is need for investigation of causes. Make sure you are giving vitamin D supplements along with calcium . Consult your pediatrician in this regards. Doctor will prescribe them in age and weight appropriate dosed. doctor will look for signs of rickets as well.
