Teething at 6 month old.

Hi, My girl is 6 month old and she is teething. She wakes up very often in night and starts crying. Is this due to teething. I heard about gripe water and some homeopathy medicine for teething. Should I consider giving them? I travelled from Sweden to India, avoiding giving water and she is completely on breastfeed. Please suggest. Thank You in advance.
