Teeth problem
And i think my teeth enamel is removing..how can i regain it? Please give me some suggestions

Enamel wont get removed by itself...you must visit a dentist and get the correct diagnosis done....only then will it be possible to talk about treatment.
Still would like to know if you have any sensitivity to cold/hot w.r.t. yr teeth?

You have to find the exact reason for its loss and stop it further from increasing
