Teeth grinding while sleep in nght deepb

I want to know age limit for teeth braces, m 28 years old .I am having deep bite ,knew dis year only afte r m teeth filling of decay tooth, now m having problem while sleeping my teeth touch each other and grinding. Is there any other solution instead of teeth brace.

There is no age bar for getting braces done, provided other parameters are satisfactory Braces is the best option for getting any malalignment corrected. But if grinding at night is your only concern then, then we can try other options like occlusal equilibration which is correcting abnormal contact of upper and lower teeth, and usage of what is called as a night guard.
