Doctor, i want to ask can we use kerosene for teeth cleaning? some people suggest that dipping a toothbrush into kerosene oil and rub on your teeth but not to ingest, will whiten your teeth.

I don't know whether to laugh or scold. From where did you get this mind. Kerosene, Petrol, Diesel etc etc are not meant for such jobs. You must also be aware that such products are Cancer producing. Today Cancer is on the rise due to negligence, misconduct and using harmful chemicals and obnoxious habits. Why are we dentist for? You must take an opinion from your dentist and scientifically And biologically treat your mouth.

Hi there , there is a therapy called oil pulling which helps to keep your tooth healthy but then it's coconut oil that needs to be used and NOT KEROSENE.
You can take coconut oil in your mouth squish it around and spit it out followed by brushing normally. If any other doubts contact us.
