  4. Teeth bitting. So kindly suggest!

Pain due to cut and  souring from last 3months and pain  get on regular basis and currently using ayurveda medicine but it's not  so effective so  kindly suggest

I'm not sure if I understand, but I guess u mean you have been biting your tongue. Kindly visit a dentist to look for sharp teeth. Regards
