  4. Tear in perineum. Problem untouched.

Tear in perineum
The area bleeds and opens everytime I pass stools and the area burns if urine gets on it. I am a virgin and all the help online gives advice to pregnant mothers or people who have a partner. I am very afraid something is going to go very wrong if I leave this problem untouched.
