Perineum tear

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I had sex for the first time on 6 june and my perineum got teared in the process. I do not know the severity of the cut. Kindly tell me if it will heal on its own or do i need a minor surgery to fix it? Also how severe is the damage?

Plz see a gynecologist. We can’t know the depth of lesion from the pic. Also you may need some antibiotic ointment to prevent infection in that area
