Tdap injection dose during pregnancy
Hello doc,
My gynaecologist has given me TDAP injection- boostrix at 23.3 weeks but when I consulted another doctor she told me that this injection should be given post 26 weeks and advised to taken me again after 26 weeks.
Can we taken boostrix injection again, will it cause any harm of overdose.
Also, if I have taken this injection early, do I actually need to take it again.
Please help, I am confused.

Usually it is recommended between 27 to 36 weeks if you have taken early no need to repeat

You need to take it again at 28-32 weeks for newborn baby protection dear. Two doses won’t harm you and second dose is required for baby sake
