Is it harmful to take Rcinex 450 and ethambutol 400 for TB even before getting results from lab(gets report in5days). X-ray has confirmed pleural effusion either from fungal or TB

In india it’s mostly tubercular only .so doctor has started ATT in correct way.we can not wait for 5 days.its not harmful except hepatotoxicity may be
