Tarsal tunnel syndrome/plantar faciitis
I am suffer from either Tarsal tunnel syndrome or plantar faciitis. I don't know how to get cured. What should I do?

tarsal tunnel syndrome and plantar fasciitis are two different conditions The tarsal tunnel is caused by a compression of the nerve and causes pain, tingling or numbness in the foot. Where as in plantar fasciitis It involves inflammation of a thick band of tissue that runs across the bottom of each foot and connects the heel bone to the toes (plantar fascia). management is different for each.make sure which one you are suffering from?
