Hi i am taking nexito plus(5mg)tablet for last four years I am trying to taper this tablet. I am really depended on this. Having ulcer and weight gain issue. Please guide me on this

You can seperate two tablets which were in it and start decreasing clonazepam and then decrease Escitalopram over a period of one to two months

Follow your treating psychiatrist. He/ she will decide about tapering it. Mostly depends on disease Control.
