Hello there. Your problem is not a very bad one, it is pretty common for people to talk in sleep when going through tough times as the brain starts to work overtime and the dreams start to express themselves in the form of talking during sleep. The good news is that even though you went through a breakup which can be very painful, you are able to sleep deeply, because talking or other activities during sleep only happen a person is in deep sleep. So rest assured you shal be fine. For speeding up the internal healing process I recommend you atleast 20 minutes of meditation each day. Guided meditation would be good if you are a beginner. You can also use self auto suggestions before you sleep. Say to yourself "I sleep soundly and my mind is at complete rest while I am asleep. I am healing from within and I am happy and healthy." Try this for a week and feel free to report back.
