Dr advice me to take sizodon ls and uvox before sleeping at night and breastfeed after 4 hr .I have a six month old baby and exclusively breastfeeding.kindly advice

Look as it's important to be healthy to look after a baby so medicine should be continued. Sometimes it is reduced to lowest dose but then regular follow up is important.
For least medication to pass into breast milk one can discard breast milk 6-8 hours after the dose of medication.
At that time a top feed ie lactogen or cow milk can be given.
