Taking evening nap
Hi i wake up at 6 am everyday so i was asking is it ok to take an evening nap of 1 hour say from 5 to 6pm?if i take it wil i face difficulty in sleeping at night again say at 12am?

If you want to take a nap it should be between 3pm to 4pm . After that it may disturb your night time sleeping
