Fever comes everyday in the evening

Asked for Male, 45 Years

Everyday in the evening I am feeling fever, but if I take some tea or dinner then felt normal for sometime . The other problem at same time burning veins of both foot and ankle. When I go to urine there slightly vibration in my hands. In the morning feel pain in legs and burning in foot and ankle, which became normal after toilet. PL suggest me with which disease I am suffering and what I do ? I am working in office .
