I'm 37 weeks pregnant with my second child. my doctor advised me Duphaston twice a day for 7 days as she won't be available for 7 days.. I'm taking Duphaston from last three days but now feeling symptoms of early labor from last 24 hours like slight pain in lower abdomin...should I stop the use of duphaston or continue it? or is there any side effect of taking duphaston at this stage or in this condition? please guide

True labour pains at 37 weeks can't be stopped by any drug. If pain is coming at every 10 min. Interval then go for check up.
