Taken uprise d3 capsule without consult
Sir , I have taken a capsule of uprise d3 without any need and nobody consulted me to take it. I thought taking extra D3 vitamin will do good to me, I didn't have any vitamin deficiency. It's been 2 days I have consumed it , but i now have - diarrhoea - feeling of pressure on both ears - pain at the back of my head ( head tightness) - and rashes in hands. My diet already includes a bowl of curd in the morning and milk 2 times a day. Does my bodies calcium level is increased more than needed. Please tell me what should be my further actions.

Looks like an overdose. Will require immediate treatment. 1) Your medical condition will require prompt & immediate treatment. 2) A detailed analysis of your lab reports & a detailed discussion of your medical symptoms will be required. 3) Without such information, just to give you medical advice is unethical & harmful for your health. 4) Your Medical condition can get worse if not treated at the right time....Dr. Rupal (Senior Consultant Physician) Mumbai
