Dr told me to take calcium 500 vitamin d3 2000UI so can i take Calblend HD Calblend HD Tablet Coral grains from Okinawa, JAPAN Composition: Each film coated tablet contains: Calcium carbonate IP (from Coral Grains) equivalent to elemental Calcium 500 mg Vitamin D3 IP 2000 IU Excipients q.s. Colour: Titanium Dioxide IP Appropriate overages of vitamin D, added to compensate loss on storage. Dosage: As directed by the Physician.
