I am under PCOS treatment and I am taking tab Diane 35 from second day of my periods, this is my eleventh day but still have abdominal cramps and moderate bleeding . Is there anything to worry?

Bleeding in between cycles should not be considered normal and all you need to examine per vaginal examination and cervix to be noted for any growth for any erosions exam otherwise you have to go for ultrasound scan as well to find out if something is abnormal

Hormonal treatment with Diane 35.... is known to hav intermenstrual spotting in the initial few months of starting treatment... Nothing needs to be done.... Can take Pause 500 tab after food for 2-3 days twice daily
