Tab defcort 6mg
Dear Doctors, My mom 75 years have chest pain and backside headache since 4 months. We did all tests mri, 2decho, cbc ,lipid and all her tests are normal. Her esr and crp is high. Neurologist has suggested tab defcort 6 mg for 4 weeks. I am away from my mom so couldn't speak to the doctor. Please advice if this medicine will be ok for her because of her age and if this will work ! Please please advice doctor its been months of her facing this issue 🙏🙏

Deflazacort is a steroid it will help in reducing the inflamation by inhibiting the inflammatory mediators. It looks like RA. Should help. But need to know about her condition in detail
