Syrinx in the Cervical
I have syrinx in the cervical cord extending from C5 to C7 level. C5-C6 central Disc protrusion indentting the anterior subrachnoid space.

You may be having a condition called Arnold chiari malformation... u may need a foramen magnum decompression surgery or discectomy depending on mri findings... kindly consult a good neurosurgeon
