Symptoms (Ongoing for Past 20 Days)
Frequent nausea, restlessness, and a vomiting sensation after dinner, usually within 30 to 60 minutes of eating. 3 to 4 episodes of actual vomiting have occurred over the past 20 days, roughly once every 7–8 days. I was prescribed Omeprazole by a general physician and took it for 1 week, which led to relief during that period. During that time, I followed a light diet including papaya, pomegranate, apple, kiwi, and simple roti-sabzi meals. 4 days after stopping Omeprazole, the same symptoms have returned. For the past 7–8 days, I’ve been taking buttermilk with dinner; since then, I’ve been experiencing frequent bowel movements at night. I occasionally experience mild breathlessness. I got my blood tests done 2 weeks ago as part of a full body checkup. Most of the results were normal, including: Liver function Kidney function Thyroid profile Complete Blood Count (CBC) Fasting blood sugar.1. LDL Cholesterol – 114.2 mg/dL,Non-HDL Cholesterol – 140 mg/dL,HbA1c- 5.8%

Medications Restart Omeprazole 20–40 mg once daily (preferably before breakfast) for at least 4–6 weeks. Consider adding Domperidone Antacids or Sucralfate syrup before meals can help soothe symptoms. (IN EXTREME MODERATION) 3. Dietary Recommendations Continue small, frequent meals. Avoid spicy, oily, citrusy, fermented, and very fibrous foods temporarily. Consider stopping buttermilk for now – it might be contributing to bowel irregularities or acidity in some individuals. Eat early dinners, at least 2–3 hours before bedtime. Avoid lying down or reclining soon after meals.
