Symptoms of early pregnancy.
Last month, that is March 23 was my period date. Right now m feeling like throwing up every now and then and a bitter taste is prevailing in my mouth. A bit of dizziness and from yesterday i have started feeling very tired and sleepy. My stomach and vagina are making sounds like rumbling gargling which does not feels like gas at all, and m feeling hungry even after having food. Few days back i had pinching sensation in my left side of breasts. Me and my husband had an unprotected session after my last period. I m not sure whether m pregnant or not. And when should i do a test. I am really unable to keep patience.

You cannot be sure of your pregnancy until and unless you have got a pregnancy test done or a beta HCG test done. These tests come out to be positive only after 35 days of your last period date.
