Pregnancy symptoms
My LMP was 4th May 2016. And I am 10 DPO toady. I am planning to conceive. Please tell me the early pregnancy symptoms since still there are 5 days remaining for my Expected periods to start.
I feel sleepy now-a-days and having watery vaginal discharge from last 3-4 days. Apart from this I have no distinguishing symptoms.
Please suggest if these are pregnancy symptoms or it happens naturally.

Hi there I understand your concern...The most obvious early symptom of pregnancy is missing period,other symptoms being fatigue, excessive vomiting, spotting,breasts may become swollen, sore, or tingly a week or two later. Or they may feel heavier or fuller or feel tender to the touch. The area around the nipples, called the areola, may also darken...go for home pregnancy test if you miss period if positive Consult obg specialist.
