Symptoms of depression
I have been married for just three months. My wife and I both love each other but recurringly she has symptoms of depression such as deprived sleep. Excessive crying mood swings.. Feeling of worthlessness and being trapped. and even mention of suicidal thoughts. How should I confront her. It is getting difficult to console her when she gets angry aur sad. She is harming her physical and mental well being. Please suggest a way to make her realise that there is no real problem and make her feel better. Thanks

Confrontation is not going to help. Be as supportive as possible, I know this can be very tough for you. Please take her to a counsellor , who can help her with dealing with her emotions and can assess if she needs medication.
