What are the very early symptoms of cancer? If breast cancer is detected at an early stage then also one has to undergo mastectomy?

Unexplained weight loss, Non healing ulcers, Sudden change in size of already existing mole, unexplained bleeding, loss of appetite are some of the early symptoms of cancer. If Breast cancer is detected early one can avoid mastectomy provided no other risk features.
